Friendly Reminders on Parking!
Hernando Oaks Master Association does not allow vehicles to be parked in the street between the hours of 2 AM to 6 AM. The association will also tow vehicles that have no tags, are inoperable or appear to be abandon.
The association will allow owners to park RV's and Boats on Trailers for loading and unloading only for less than 24 hours. If you choose to bring your recreational vehicle home then please remember the following rules apply:
- Private driveways cannot be blocked
- Cannot park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
- Cannot park within 30 feet of a stop sign.
If you are expecting company then please utilize your driveway as much as possible, if you need to park in the street then please contact the management company to make arrangements.
